Domestic Shipping Policy

United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • USPS Priority
  • Special request for other carrier contact via email: infor@mountaineerstore.com with information and we will provide you quote

Currently in stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Custom Order item(s) may take up to 6 weeks or longer. Email info@mountaineerstore.com to request estimate on custom order is needed sooner.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments my be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery; If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Tracking information will be provided once item is shipped. We have no control after item is received by shipping agent. If you have question or concern after carrier has received shipment you need to contact them. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Damages

Mountaineer Store is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We ship to: Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia using USPS.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Mountaineer Store is not responsible for any customs and or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
